FULFILLMENT POLICY

Foxtrot Sales is committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made apparel and promotional products with care, accuracy, and efficiency. This fulfillment policy outlines what you can expect when you place an order with us.

Order Fulfillment Timeline

Production Time: All items are made to order. Orders are typically fulfilled within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. Each item is made to order based on your preferences. If you have an in hands date that is sooner than 14 business days from today, please reach out before ordering.

Shipping Time: After production, orders are shipped via your selected shipping method. Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.

Fulfillment Location: All orders (the exception is some promotional products) are printed and shipped from our facility in Fargo, North Dakota.

Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships, or pickup instructions if you are local to Fargo ND.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet entered production, with a 15% restocking fee. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled due to the custom nature of our products.

Returns & Refunds: Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 701@foxtrotsales.com with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
